Processes Involved
Husk
Our Raw Material
Pith
We hammer the husk to obtain these small sponge-like granules. Fiber is a by-product of this step that is used in mats and mattresses.
Chips
The Husk is cut into cubes. Sizes can vary from 3 to 16 mm.
Wash
The pith and chips are washed on the basis of the customer's demands. This is usually based on the sensitivity of intended plants.
Dry
The material needs to be dried for the next step. This is done through natural and mechanical drying.
Compression
The blocks are compressed into different shapes based on the end use and ease of implementation of the customer.
Pack
The packing is important for the ease of use; dedicated holes for plants and drip pipes, drainage patterns etc. play a big role in the success of our customers.
Quality
We have been able to grow so fast because of our adherence to quality requirements set out by the customer. Testing methods and parameters vary for each customer.
